1. Who these terms bind
These terms govern the use of this website and the services provided by BML Business Setup Advisory LLC, a company registered in the SHAMS Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under licence 2114773, TRN 104305302200001, with offices at Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
By using this website or engaging us, you accept these terms. Where a signed engagement letter or proposal exists, that document prevails over these terms on any point it addresses.
2. What we do
BML provides company formation and corporate services, business management consulting, digital marketing and communication, strategic business advisory, and talent acquisition and recruitment. We act as a corporate service provider and adviser.
We are not a law firm, an audit firm, a licensed tax agent or a bank. We do not provide legal representation, statutory audit, regulated financial advice or banking services. Where your matter requires any of these, we will say so and can refer you to a licensed provider.
3. Information on this website
The content of this website, including timelines, cost indications and descriptions of free zone and government regimes, is provided for general information. Government fees, regulations, ownership rules and processing times change without notice. Nothing on this website is advice on your specific circumstances and nothing on it forms a contract or an offer.
4. Quotes and fees
Quotes are issued in writing and separate government and authority charges from BML’s professional fees. A quote is valid for the period stated on it and is based on the information you provide; if that information proves incomplete or inaccurate, the quote may be revised.
Government, free zone, immigration and third-party fees are set by those bodies and are outside our control. Increases are passed through at cost. Unless the engagement says otherwise, fees are payable in advance and third-party charges are non-refundable once paid to the authority concerned.
5. What we need from you
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information and documents, including the identity and due diligence material required by UAE anti-money-laundering rules, and to inform us promptly of any change. We may decline or discontinue an engagement where required information is not provided, where the activity falls outside what we can support, or where compliance obligations require it.
6. Timelines and third-party decisions
Processing times depend on government authorities, free zone registrars, immigration departments and banks. We give realistic estimates based on current practice, but we do not control those bodies and cannot guarantee any date.
Bank and financial institution onboarding is decided solely by the institution. We prepare your file and make introductions; we do not guarantee that an account will be opened, and our fees are earned for the work performed regardless of the institution’s decision. Any adviser who guarantees an account is misrepresenting the process.
7. Marketing and recruitment engagements
Marketing engagements do not guarantee a specific volume of leads, ranking position or return on advertising spend; media budgets are paid by you to the platform or through us at cost. Recruitment placements carry the replacement guarantee stated in the engagement letter; hiring decisions and employment obligations remain yours.
8. Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other’s confidential information confidential and uses it only for the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law, by a regulator or by an authority processing your application.
9. Intellectual property
This website, its text, structure and graphics belong to BML and may not be copied or republished without written permission. Deliverables produced for you transfer to you on full payment, except for our pre-existing methods, templates and know-how, which remain ours.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud. Subject to that, BML is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of data, nor for delays or refusals attributable to a government authority, free zone or financial institution, nor for decisions you take on the basis of general information published on this website.
Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the professional fees you have paid us for that engagement.
11. Termination
Either party may end an engagement in writing. Work performed and third-party charges incurred up to termination remain payable. We may suspend or end an engagement immediately where compliance obligations, sanctions or applicable law require it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah and the SHAMS Free Zone, and the competent UAE courts have jurisdiction. The parties will attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith before commencing proceedings.
13. Changes
We may amend these terms. The version published on this page at the time you engage us applies to that engagement. Last updated: August 2026.
